About Us

As members of the “Baby Boom” generation
our early memories summon up times
ofthe local neighborhood grocery
that really had “penny candy” and
the kids from the neighborhood were
welcome to look in the glass display
case and take as long as needed to
decide just how to spend that nickel
clutched in our hand.

We watched in awe as the bottles
went by on the bottling line at the Coke or
Pepsi bottling companies. We could walk in
the back door of the local bakeshop or potato
chip maker and be not only allowed but welcomed
to watch the folks at work.

This is how we envision our own confectionery business.
We welcome small group tours from preschoolers to golden
agers. We hand out samples. We make presentations to local
organizations. We endeavor in every way that we run
our business to be part and parcel of our community
and good friends to everyone.
