Watertown Confectionery is a complete local homebrew shop. We carry a complete line of beer and winemaking equipment and ingredients. We have bottles for both beer and wine. Our selection of wine and beer yeast is thorough and we keep them refrigerated for a long life. Our freezer is stocked with many choices in hops.

We are also South Dakota’s only Wine-on-Premise. What that means is that you can make your wine here in our cellar, using our equipment, rather than having to do it at your home. We stock many different wine ingredient kits in several price ranges for you to choose from. If you have a wine preference such as French Merlot or German Riesling or Australian Chardonnay or good California Zinfandel, we have a kit for you. It takes just 4 to 6 weeks from start to bottling. Of course, we are here to assist you every step of the way from start to finish.
